Who we are

Grasshopper MSO LLC ("Grasshopper," "we") provides administrative back-office services to therapy practices. This policy describes how this website handles information. It does not describe service delivery: when we serve a practice, a signed services agreement and, where protected health information is involved, a Business Associate Agreement govern how information is handled.

Information you send us

If you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, the state your practice operates in, and your message. We ask you not to include any health or client information in the form — we don't need it to answer you.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics 4 in a limited configuration — advertising features, ad personalization, and Google signals are disabled — to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate region, device and browser type. The site also keeps basic visit-source information (such as the referring site and campaign parameters) in your browser's local storage so we can understand how inquiries reach us; you can clear it at any time through your browser. Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve the site, not to identify you. Final disclosures for the analytics configuration will be confirmed in the counsel-reviewed version of this policy.

How we use information

To respond to you, to evaluate fit if you've asked about our services, to operate and improve this site, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add form submissions to advertising lists.

Retention

We keep correspondence as long as needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records, then delete it in the normal course.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by writing to hello@grasshopperpractice.com or through the contact page. We'll respond to any reasonable request.

Children

This site is for practice owners and clinicians. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

When counsel review is complete, this draft will be replaced with the effective policy and dated. Material changes after that will be noted here.
